[Seremban Property] HOC Again ??

Today's update that related to real estate sector as following.

Re-introduced Home Ownership Campaigns (HOC) or, Kempen Pemilikian Rumah:

1. Stamp duty exemption will be provided including MOT & loan agreement for residential property value between RM300K to RM2.5Mil until Dec 31, 2021.

- MOT is limited to first RM1Mil while stamp duty for Loan Agreement is fully exempted.

2. RPGT exemption up to 3 properties between June 1, 2020 until Dec 31, 2021.

3. 3rd residential property loan LTV increase to 90% (for property value exceeding Rm600K) until end of campaign.
