Guess what? I found out that the highest rental (PSF) of all for ground floor shop rental in Negeri Sembilan is in Jempol, and it’s not Seremban 2 as most people would have expected. 😅
In 2023, a shop with a land measurement of less than 900 square feet was rented for RM2,500 to RM3,500 per month.
Interesting.
